Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital payment products and services.
- Lead initiatives involving instant payments, QR payments, mobile wallets, virtual cards, and embedded finance solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance payment gateways and transaction routing frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with regional financial regulations.
- Drive merchant acquisition strategies and payment ecosystem expansion.
- Analyze transaction data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Oversee fraud prevention frameworks and transaction monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech stakeholders.
- Develop customer-centric payment experiences across digital channels.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Economics, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in payments, banking technology, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of card networks, digital wallets, and payment processing systems.
- Experience with ISO 20022, API-based payment solutions, and real-time payment infrastructures.
- Knowledge of fraud management and financial crime prevention frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
