Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to retail and business banking customers across multiple digital channels, including phone, email, live chat, secure messaging, and social engagement platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on digital banking products, payment solutions, digital wallets, account management services, virtual cards, transfers, and financial applications.
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining outstanding service standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support digital onboarding processes, identity verification, and customer account activation.
- Investigate payment issues, transaction disputes, failed transfers, and account-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with fraud prevention and compliance teams regarding suspicious account activities.
- Maintain complete documentation of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in customer experience projects aimed at enhancing digital banking journeys.
- Monitor service quality KPIs, response times, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Educate customers on secure banking practices and fraud awareness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Customer Experience Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of customer service experience within fintech, banking, digital payments, or financial services.
- Excellent knowledge of digital banking products and customer service operations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience using enterprise CRM platforms and customer support technologies.
