This role is designed for a specialist who can bridge the gap between crypto innovation and regulatory compliance. You will ensure that digital asset operations adhere to evolving frameworks around AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and market integrity.
You will play a critical role in enabling regulated crypto adoption, ensuring that innovation operates within a secure and compliant financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crypto compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze digital asset transactions for suspicious activity and risk exposure.
- Design AML and KYC processes tailored to blockchain-based systems.
- Support regulatory reporting for crypto transactions and digital asset holdings.
- Conduct risk assessments on new crypto products and blockchain protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed compliance controls into digital platforms.
- Track global regulatory developments in crypto and digital asset governance.
Technical & Regulatory Environment
- Blockchain analytics tools (on-chain monitoring systems)

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years in compliance, risk management, or fintech regulation
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems and blockchain fundamentals
- Experience with AML/KYC systems and financial crime prevention
- Knowledge of global digital asset regulatory frameworks
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to risk detection
