Job Overview
This role is centered on building and maintaining the core blockchain infrastructure that supports institutional-grade digital asset operations. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that enable the issuance, transfer, and settlement of crypto and tokenized assets within regulated environments.
You will operate at the intersection of distributed systems engineering, cryptographic security, and financial market infrastructure, ensuring blockchain networks are production-ready for institutional adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based financial infrastructure systems supporting digital asset issuance and settlement.
- Build and optimize node architecture, consensus mechanisms, and network performance layers.
- Develop and maintain smart contract frameworks for tokenized assets and financial instruments.
- Ensure scalability and throughput optimization for high-volume transaction environments.
- Implement secure wallet infrastructure, including multi-signature and custody solutions.
- Integrate blockchain systems with traditional financial platforms and payment rails.
- Conduct security audits and ensure resilience against cyber threats and protocol vulnerabilities.
Technical Environment
- Blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or equivalent permissioned systems)
- Smart contract languages (Solidity, Rust)
- Cryptographic frameworks (zero-knowledge proofs, hashing algorithms, digital signatures)
- Distributed systems architecture
- API-based integration with financial systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–13 years in blockchain engineering, distributed systems, or fintech infrastructure
- Strong experience in smart contract development and blockchain protocols
- Deep understanding of cryptography and secure system design
- Familiarity with digital asset custody and wallet technologies
- Ability to design high-performance, production-grade blockchain systems
