Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers.
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Acquire new clients through proactive business development initiatives.
  • Promote savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, personal financing, mortgages, and investment products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all service channels.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and relationship reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare relationship performance reports and sales forecasts.
  • Support branch growth and revenue generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in retail or consumer banking.
  • Strong relationship management and sales capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of retail banking products.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office.
