Position Overview
An innovative financial services organization is recruiting a strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of digital financial products across payments, digital banking, embedded finance, and customer engagement platforms. This role combines product strategy, customer research, commercial analysis, and cross-functional leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and market-leading fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.

Conduct market research and customer needs analysis.

Prioritize product backlogs and feature development.

Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Monitor product KPIs and customer adoption metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.

5–8 years of experience in fintech, banking, or digital product management.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
