An ambitious financial institution is seeking a customer-focused Relationship Manager – Retail Banking to build and strengthen long-term relationships with individual clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Acquire new clients through proactive business development initiatives.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, personal financing, mortgages, and investment products.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all service channels.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and relationship reviews.
- Monitor portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare relationship performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Support branch growth and revenue generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in retail or consumer banking.
- Strong relationship management and sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of retail banking products.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office.
