Product Mission
Own the evolution of digital-wallet experiences that enable customers to move, store and manage money through intuitive, secure and highly scalable financial applications.
Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for digital-wallet capabilities.

Define customer journeys for onboarding, payments, transfers and wallet management.

Analyze customer behavior to identify product improvements.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new features.

Develop product requirements, acceptance criteria and release priorities.
-
Coordinate integrations with payment networks and financial-service providers.
-
Establish product KPIs covering activation, transaction frequency, retention and revenue.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
-
Lead product experiments and conversion optimization initiatives.

Coordinate product launches across technology, operations, marketing and customer-support functions.
Qualifications
-
6+ years of product-management experience in fintech, payments, banking or digital commerce.

Demonstrated experience managing mobile or digital financial products.
-
Strong understanding of payment flows and wallet ecosystems.
-
Excellent analytical, commercial and customer-centric thinking.
-
Experience working within Agile product-development environments.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline.
