Strategic Mission
Lead the security architecture protecting high-value financial applications, payment infrastructure and digital banking ecosystems. The Principal will establish security-by-design principles across technology environments where confidentiality, transaction integrity and service availability are critical.
Key Responsibilities

Define cybersecurity architecture for fintech platforms and financial infrastructure.

Lead threat modelling and security assessments for new products.

Establish security controls across APIs, cloud environments and distributed applications.

Develop strategies for identity, access management and privileged-access protection.

Oversee vulnerability-management and application-security programs.
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed secure-development practices.

Evaluate third-party technologies and technology suppliers from a security perspective.

Lead investigations into significant security events and technical vulnerabilities.

Establish security KPIs, risk dashboards and executive reporting.

Mentor cybersecurity engineers and establish enterprise security standards.
Qualifications
-
8+ years in cybersecurity, financial technology or security architecture.

Strong experience in application, cloud and infrastructure security.

Knowledge of payment and digital-banking security environments.

Strong understanding of threat modelling, vulnerability management and incident response.
-
Relevant professional security certifications are advantageous.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
