Commercial Mission
Lead merchant-acquiring operations and growth across a modern payments ecosystem, strengthening relationships with merchants while improving transaction performance, revenue and service quality.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute merchant-acquiring growth strategies.

Manage relationships with strategic merchants and business partners.
-
Oversee merchant onboarding and payment-acceptance processes.
-
Analyze transaction performance, merchant activity and revenue trends.
-
Develop strategies to increase payment acceptance and merchant retention.
-
Collaborate with technology teams on POS, payment-gateway and acquiring solutions.
-
Monitor authorization rates, transaction volumes and operational performance.
-
Identify opportunities for new merchant-finance and payment propositions.
-
Develop pricing and commercial models for different merchant segments.
-
Lead account-management, operations and business-development teams.
Experience & Qualifications
-
7+ years in merchant acquiring, payments, banking or fintech.
-
Strong understanding of card payments, POS ecosystems and payment gateways.
-
Proven commercial leadership experience.

Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
-
Experience managing enterprise merchant relationships.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Success Measures
Performance will be measured through merchant acquisition, transaction growth, retention, payment acceptance, revenue generation and operational efficiency.
