Key Responsibilities

- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate procurement planning across multiple departments.
- Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage procurement risks and supply continuity plans.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement operations.
- Mentor and develop procurement team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain leadership.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and commercial decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms.
- Strong financial and contract management expertise.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional procurement certifications are an advantage.
