Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare executive project status reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and project methodologies.
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project documentation and change control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
- Support strategic business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
