An elite fintech and digital innovation ecosystem in Doha is recruiting a Principal Tokenomics Designer to lead the architecture of advanced digital value systems, blockchain-based financial networks, and programmable economic infrastructures across next-generation fintech platforms.
This role focuses on designing the underlying economic logic of digital ecosystems where financial value is represented, transferred, and optimized through tokenized systems integrated into real-world financial services.
The organization operates at the frontier of fintech innovation, including digital asset ecosystems, tokenized payments, AI-driven financial incentives, embedded finance systems, and intelligent decentralized financial infrastructures.
The selected candidate will define how value flows across entire digital economies.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Tokenomics Architecture
- Design comprehensive token economic systems for digital finance ecosystems
- Define value creation, distribution, and sustainability mechanisms across blockchain-based platforms
- Develop incentive structures supporting ecosystem participation and liquidity growth
- Build long-term economic sustainability models for tokenized financial systems
- Align token design with real-world financial use cases and enterprise adoption strategies
Digital Economy Simulation & Analysis
- Build advanced simulation models for token behavior and ecosystem performance
- Analyze system stability under different market conditions and adoption curves
- Optimize token supply, velocity, and demand dynamics
- Conduct deep economic modeling of decentralized and hybrid financial ecosystems
- Evaluate long-term sustainability of digital asset systems
Ecosystem Integration & Product Alignment
- Collaborate with fintech product managers, engineers, and AI teams
- Integrate tokenomics frameworks into financial platforms and digital banking systems
- Support development of embedded token-based financial services
- Ensure seamless alignment between economic models and technical system architecture
- Translate economic design into scalable product implementations
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Advise executive leadership on digital economy architecture and blockchain strategy
- Contribute to enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Guide innovation in programmable finance and tokenized value systems
- Support regulatory and governance alignment for digital asset ecosystems
- Shape long-term strategic direction of fintech ecosystem evolution
Required Expertise
- Extensive experience in tokenomics, blockchain economics, or financial system design
- Strong background in economics, mathematics, computer science, or financial engineering
- Deep understanding of decentralized systems and digital asset ecosystems
- Experience designing complex economic incentive structures
- Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic thinking capabilities
