Strategic Mandate
Lead the design and commercial development of technology infrastructure supporting the digitisation and tokenisation of financial assets.
The Principal will operate across financial strategy, technology architecture and product innovation, translating complex capital-market requirements into scalable digital platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Define strategic roadmaps for asset-tokenisation and digital capital-market infrastructure.
- Evaluate technology architectures supporting digitally represented financial assets.
- Develop business cases for new digital-asset products and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with investment, product, engineering, legal and risk teams.
- Establish operating models for issuance, lifecycle management and settlement processes.
- Assess blockchain infrastructure and determine appropriate enterprise applications.
- Develop institutional partnership strategies across financial and technology ecosystems.
- Analyse market developments and identify commercially viable opportunities.
- Establish technical and commercial KPIs for tokenisation initiatives.
- Lead complex technology programmes from concept through implementation.
- Present strategic investment and architecture recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Profile
- 9+ years in fintech, capital markets, financial technology, blockchain or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of financial-market infrastructure and digital-asset technology.
- Experience developing complex technology or financial products.
- Strong commercial, analytical and architectural judgement.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
