Executive Charter
The Chief will define the strategic direction for digital-asset and blockchain initiatives, translating emerging distributed-finance technologies into commercially credible financial products and infrastructure.
This is a high-impact leadership mandate combining corporate strategy, technology evaluation, ecosystem development, financial innovation and institutional-grade execution.
Executive Responsibilities

Establish a multi-year digital-assets and blockchain strategy.

Identify commercially viable applications of distributed-ledger technology.

Evaluate blockchain infrastructure, custody solutions, tokenisation platforms and digital-asset technologies.

Develop strategic roadmaps connecting technology investment with measurable business outcomes.

Lead relationships with financial institutions, technology providers and strategic ecosystem participants.

Assess new digital-asset products from commercial, technical and operational perspectives.

Establish governance frameworks for blockchain technology initiatives.

Direct cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, finance, risk and operations.

Monitor global developments in digital assets and assess their strategic relevance.

Develop investment cases for emerging financial technologies.

Present strategic recommendations and technology priorities to executive stakeholders.
Executive Profile

12+ years of experience in fintech, banking, financial technology, blockchain, consulting or digital transformation.

Proven leadership of complex technology or financial-innovation programmes.

Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and digital financial products.

Excellent strategic, commercial and analytical judgement.

Demonstrated ability to operate with senior institutional stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
