A globally expanding fintech enterprise is looking for a visionary Principal Open Finance Developer to build API-first financial platforms that connect banks, fintech providers, payment networks, merchants, and digital businesses through secure, intelligent, and scalable financial infrastructure.
You’ll work on transformative Open Finance initiatives that enable seamless financial interoperability while leading architecture decisions for enterprise-grade software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design secure Open Banking APIs.
- Build Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms.
- Develop enterprise financial integration services.
- Engineer API gateways and identity management systems.
- Build scalable cloud-native financial applications.
- Optimize high-volume API performance.
- Implement secure authentication frameworks.
- Participate in technical governance and software architecture.
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Drive engineering innovation across financial platforms.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 7 years of backend software development.
- Strong expertise in Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience building enterprise APIs.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and API security.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud-native engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
