An internationally recognized fintech innovator is searching for a highly skilled Principal Mobile FinTech Engineer to lead the development of secure, high-performance mobile banking and digital payment applications.
You will architect enterprise-grade mobile platforms, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with global product, security, and cloud engineering teams to deliver intuitive financial experiences that redefine digital banking across the Gulf region.
Primary Responsibilities
Mobile Engineering
- Design scalable native and cross-platform mobile applications.
- Develop secure authentication and payment workflows.
- Optimize mobile application performance.
- Build reusable application components.
Technical Leadership
- Establish mobile engineering standards.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive engineering excellence across development teams.
Platform Integration
- Integrate enterprise APIs and financial services.
- Support cloud-native backend connectivity.
- Enhance application reliability and monitoring.
- Improve secure mobile transaction capabilities.
Innovation
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies.
- Implement AI-assisted customer experiences.
- Introduce accessibility and usability improvements.
- Support continuous product modernization.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 8+ years of mobile application development experience.
- Experience building enterprise financial applications.
- Strong understanding of secure software engineering principles.
