A rapidly growing fintech organization is searching for a visionary Global Head of Fintech Customer Experience & Product Innovation to lead the creation of intuitive, intelligent, and highly scalable digital financial products.
This strategic role combines customer-centric innovation, product leadership, behavioural analytics, and enterprise technology to deliver seamless experiences across digital banking, payments, lending, financial wellness, and mobile financial platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define enterprise product vision.
- Lead digital product portfolios.

Customer Experience
- Improve digital onboarding journeys.
- Enhance financial service accessibility.
- Strengthen user engagement.

- Drive experience-led product development.

- Introduce AI-powered customer solutions.
- Expand intelligent personalization capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Design, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of fintech product leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of UX strategy, digital banking, payments, AI-driven personalization, and agile product development.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
