Primary Responsibilities

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Design, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of fintech product leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of UX strategy, digital banking, payments, AI-driven personalization, and agile product development.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
