Position Summary
An ambitious fintech transformation ecosystem focused on intelligent banking modernization, predictive financial systems, AI-powered customer engagement, and next-generation embedded finance infrastructure is recruiting a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead enterprise AI engineering initiatives across mission-critical financial platforms.
This role is intended for highly advanced ML professionals capable of building scalable predictive intelligence ecosystems integrating financial forecasting, customer analytics, real-time personalization, intelligent automation, and enterprise financial decision optimization.
The selected candidate will work closely with elite engineering, data science, cloud architecture, and fintech innovation teams to develop sophisticated AI systems transforming the future of digital finance across the Gulf region.
Strategic Responsibilities
Predictive Financial Intelligence Engineering
- Build advanced predictive models supporting:
- Customer lifetime value forecasting
- Credit default prediction
- Intelligent lending automation
- Financial recommendation systems
- Revenue forecasting
- Treasury intelligence
- Customer churn prediction
- Behavioral financial analytics
- Design scalable AI architectures supporting enterprise financial ecosystems.
- Engineer high-throughput data processing pipelines for real-time analytics.
Enterprise AI Platform Development
- Develop reusable machine learning platforms and internal AI tooling.
- Build enterprise-grade model serving infrastructures.
- Optimize distributed training environments for large-scale financial datasets.
- Enhance AI lifecycle management and governance automation.
MLOps & Cloud AI Infrastructure
- Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems.
- Develop scalable GPU-enabled AI infrastructure.
- Automate model validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Improve resilience and scalability of AI production environments.
Innovation & Research Leadership
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and advanced modeling techniques.
- Explore generative AI applications within financial services ecosystems.
- Contribute to enterprise AI modernization strategies.
- Mentor machine learning engineers and data scientists.
