Role Overview
As a Principal Developer, you will oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing fintech applications that meet global engineering standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and accessible web applications.
- Design scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build reusable frontend components.
- Integrate payment gateways and third-party financial services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Lead technical architecture discussions.
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers.
- Ensure software complies with industry security and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of full stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Advanced backend experience with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
