Key Responsibilities
Experience Design & Innovation
- Design end-to-end user journeys across digital financial products.
- Create intuitive interfaces for payments, banking, and financial analytics.
- Simplify complex financial processes into seamless user interactions.
- Develop design systems ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Drive innovation in interaction design and user engagement.
Research & User Insights
- Conduct user research to understand behavior and needs.
- Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Test and iterate on prototypes to enhance usability.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with frontend engineers and product teams.
- Align design strategies with product and business goals.
- Support implementation of designs into production systems.
- Maintain design quality across all product touchpoints.
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze user engagement metrics to improve experiences.
- Optimize design for responsiveness and performance.
- Ensure seamless interaction across devices and platforms.
- Continuously refine interfaces based on feedback and data.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fintech or complex product design.
- Expertise in design tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
