THE ASSIGNMENT
Financial institutions are no longer competing solely through traditional financial products. They are competing through technology, intelligence, speed and digital ecosystems.
We are seeking an exceptional Consultant to advise senior stakeholders on complex fintech transformation programmes and develop practical strategies for modernising financial platforms.
You will operate between business strategy and technology execution, translating strategic ambitions into structured transformation programmes.
YOUR TRANSFORMATION AGENDA
DIGITAL BANKING
Assess existing banking ecosystems and develop modernization strategies covering digital channels, APIs, customer journeys and financial platforms.
PAYMENTS
Design transformation roadmaps covering payment orchestration, digital wallets, merchant technology, instant payments and cross-border infrastructure.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Identify high-value applications of AI across financial forecasting, customer intelligence, fraud detection, automation and decision support.
FINANCIAL DATA
Develop strategies for turning fragmented financial information into an enterprise intelligence capability.
PLATFORM MODERNIZATION
Assess legacy technology environments and develop scalable cloud-native transformation roadmaps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead fintech transformation assessments.

Develop strategic technology roadmaps.

Conduct financial-technology market analysis.

Identify technology and operational gaps.

Develop transformation business cases.

Facilitate executive strategy sessions.

Evaluate fintech platforms and emerging technologies.

Design target operating models.
-
Establish transformation KPIs.
-
Support programme governance and implementation.
-
Advise senior executives on technology investment priorities.

Translate complex technical issues into commercially actionable recommendations.
THE CONSULTANT WE SEEK
-
8–12+ years in fintech, banking, consulting, digital transformation or financial technology.
-
Strong understanding of digital banking and payment ecosystems.
-
Demonstrated experience delivering transformation programmes.
-
Excellent analytical and strategic capabilities.
-
Strong financial and commercial understanding.
-
Ability to communicate with both executives and technical teams.
-
Experience across GCC or international markets preferred.
Indicative Package
SAR 55,000–85,000 monthly + performance incentives + executive benefits.
