This executive leadership role combines commercial strategy, enterprise consulting, technology innovation, and executive relationship management to help clients modernize banking operations, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate digital adoption.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise consulting engagements across fintech and banking sectors.
- Develop digital transformation strategies for financial institutions.
- Advise executive clients on technology modernization and operational excellence.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver client solutions.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of consulting or leadership experience within fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, payments, and financial technology strategy.
- Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
