A sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a highly experienced Principal Fintech Sales Strategist – Enterprise Solutions, Financial Platforms & Global Market Penetration to lead high-level sales strategy and enterprise client acquisition.

This role is designed for a senior sales professional capable of driving large-scale, high-value deals across enterprise clients, financial institutions, and global partners. You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead complex negotiations, and position fintech platforms as critical infrastructure for modern financial services.

Operating at a strategic level, you will influence revenue growth, market positioning, and long-term business expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for fintech platforms
  • Identify and secure high-value clients and strategic partnerships
  • Lead complex negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals
  • Position fintech solutions as core infrastructure for financial institutions
  • Build and manage relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
