A sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a highly experienced Principal Fintech Sales Strategist – Enterprise Solutions, Financial Platforms & Global Market Penetration to lead high-level sales strategy and enterprise client acquisition.
This role is designed for a senior sales professional capable of driving large-scale, high-value deals across enterprise clients, financial institutions, and global partners. You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead complex negotiations, and position fintech platforms as critical infrastructure for modern financial services.
Operating at a strategic level, you will influence revenue growth, market positioning, and long-term business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for fintech platforms
- Identify and secure high-value clients and strategic partnerships
- Lead complex negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals
- Position fintech solutions as core infrastructure for financial institutions
- Build and manage relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market demand
- Drive global market expansion initiatives
- Mentor sales teams and contribute to organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and international standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in fintech or enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of financial platforms and fintech ecosystems
- Proven track record in closing high-value enterprise deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
