Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

• Define enterprise fintech product strategy and innovation roadmaps
• Lead development of scalable financial technology ecosystems supporting digital banking transformation
• Identify high-growth opportunities involving AI-driven finance, intelligent automation, and embedded financial infrastructure
• Drive continuous product evolution through data-driven market intelligence and customer insights
• Support long-term enterprise fintech expansion strategies

AI-Powered Financial Innovation

• Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to develop intelligent financial products and predictive engagement systems
• Support automation initiatives improving operational efficiency and customer experience
• Design personalized financial engagement journeys powered by machine learning and behavioral analytics
• Oversee integration of advanced analytical capabilities into fintech product ecosystems

Product Governance & Ecosystem Scalability

• Ensure fintech products maintain security, scalability, operational resilience, and regulatory alignment
• Coordinate enterprise product governance frameworks and risk management processes
• Support operational readiness and infrastructure scalability initiatives
• Work closely with compliance and cybersecurity teams on secure financial product deployment

Cross-Functional Transformation & Commercial Growth

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience within fintech product management, digital banking, or financial technology innovation environments

• Exceptional analytical reasoning and commercial strategy capabilities
