This role is designed for a senior fintech innovation leader capable of architecting transformative financial products for the next era of digital banking and intelligent finance.
Mission Objective
To lead enterprise product innovation ecosystems supporting:
- Embedded banking platforms
- Intelligent financial engagement systems
- Digital transaction ecosystems
- AI-enhanced customer finance experiences
- Scalable fintech modernization programs
Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Fintech Product Strategy
- Define strategic roadmaps for intelligent fintech product ecosystems and digital banking modernization initiatives
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies shaping future customer engagement experiences
- Lead enterprise innovation programs surrounding embedded finance and operational scalability
2. Embedded Banking & Customer Experience Ecosystems
- Build scalable customer-focused financial products improving accessibility and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with UX teams on frictionless digital finance experiences and intelligent financial interaction systems
- Support modernization of onboarding, payments, account management, and customer lifecycle ecosystems
3. Operational Intelligence & Product Analytics
- Utilize operational data and customer analytics to optimize fintech product performance
- Build intelligence frameworks supporting real-time product monitoring and ecosystem scalability
- Improve operational visibility across distributed financial service environments
4. Cross-Functional Product Modernization
- Work closely with engineers, operations specialists, data analysts, and executive leadership teams
- Coordinate fintech transformation initiatives across enterprise financial ecosystems
- Support AI integration and intelligent operational finance modernization strategies
5. Strategic Innovation Governance
- Maintain alignment between innovation objectives and operational scalability requirements
- Contribute to enterprise product governance and financial ecosystem modernization initiatives
- Represent strategic product transformation initiatives within executive leadership forums
Technical Requirements
- 10–18 years in fintech product strategy, digital banking modernization, financial ecosystem innovation, or enterprise fintech leadership
- Strong expertise in:
- Embedded finance ecosystems
- Product lifecycle management
- Financial operations modernization
- Customer engagement systems
- Real-time financial infrastructures
- Enterprise innovation strategy
- Experience working with:
- Digital banking platforms
- Financial product ecosystems
- Enterprise fintech modernization programs
- Intelligent financial interaction environments
