Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Fintech Operations Leadership
- Lead operational governance across digital banking and fintech ecosystems
- Ensure high-performance execution of financial transaction systems
- Monitor system reliability, scalability, and service continuity
- Oversee operational risk management across fintech platforms
- Implement enterprise-grade operational frameworks and controls
Customer Success & Enterprise Engagement
- Manage strategic relationships with high-value enterprise fintech clients
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and scaling of fintech solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and lifecycle management
- Conduct executive-level performance reviews with institutional clients
- Translate customer insights into operational and product improvements
Platform Intelligence & Optimization
- Analyze operational and customer data to improve fintech platform performance
- Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across financial systems
- Support data-driven improvements in customer experience and service delivery

- Enhance platform reliability through continuous monitoring and analytics
