Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Fintech Transformation Strategy
- Lead strategic consulting initiatives surrounding digital banking modernization and operational finance transformation
- Evaluate emerging technologies influencing the future of financial ecosystems
- Develop scalable innovation roadmaps supporting intelligent fintech evolution
2. Autonomous Financial Operations Intelligence
- Build operational intelligence frameworks improving visibility across distributed financial ecosystems
- Analyze modernization opportunities surrounding AI-powered financial operations and automation systems
- Support predictive operational strategy initiatives and fintech scalability planning
3. Cross-Border Digital Finance Innovation
- Advise on scalable international financial ecosystem expansion strategies
- Support interoperability initiatives across payment systems and operational finance infrastructures
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams on globally scalable fintech modernization frameworks
4. Executive Stakeholder Advisory
- Prepare strategic intelligence reports and modernization recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate enterprise innovation workshops surrounding future finance ecosystems
- Maintain strategic alignment between business objectives and operational transformation initiatives
5. Industry Research & Emerging Technology Evaluation
- Monitor emerging fintech, AI, automation, and financial infrastructure trends shaping global finance

- Contribute to enterprise innovation think tanks and strategic modernization initiatives
Technical Requirements
- 10–18 years in fintech strategy, enterprise financial transformation, digital banking modernization, or operational finance consulting
- Strong expertise in:

- Intelligent operational finance systems
- Cross-border fintech strategy
- Financial infrastructure transformation
- Enterprise analytics and intelligence frameworks
