An internationally expanding fintech company is seeking a highly skilled Principal FinTech DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security into every stage of software delivery while enabling rapid deployment of enterprise-scale digital banking and payment solutions.
You will work with globally distributed engineering teams to build resilient CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud security controls, and ensure financial platforms remain secure, scalable, and highly available.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design secure CI/CD pipelines for financial applications.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Automate security scanning and compliance validation.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strengthen container security and platform resilience.
- Collaborate with software engineers, cloud architects, and cybersecurity teams.
- Develop monitoring and observability solutions.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation planning.
- Mentor DevSecOps engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Evaluate emerging cloud security technologies.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud engineering experience.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Linux, Python, and Bash.
- Experience supporting fintech, banking, or enterprise financial systems.
- Professional cloud or security certifications are highly desirable.
