A rapidly expanding fintech organization is seeking a Digital Payments Infrastructure Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain resilient payment ecosystems supporting high-volume digital transactions across retail, corporate, and institutional financial services.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the architecture behind secure payment processing, API connectivity, settlement systems, transaction routing, and cloud-native financial platforms that serve customers across the Gulf region.
Your Mission
- Design scalable payment infrastructure.
- Maintain payment gateways and transaction routing services.
- Optimize payment processing performance.
- Implement resilient cloud-based financial services.
- Collaborate with software engineering and cybersecurity teams.
- Monitor payment platform availability and reliability.
- Support disaster recovery planning.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and monitoring.
- Strengthen platform security controls.
- Produce technical architecture documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience managing enterprise payment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Understanding of API integrations and payment ecosystems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and systems optimization skills.
