Position Overview
An innovative financial technology institution is recruiting a highly accomplished Principal – Financial Cyber Intelligence & Digital Trust to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy protecting advanced financial ecosystems across regional and international markets.
This position combines executive security leadership, cyber intelligence, fraud analytics, enterprise resilience, and digital trust management to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
- Lead financial cyber resilience initiatives.
- Oversee fraud intelligence programmes.
- Build digital trust frameworks.
- Direct security architecture modernization.
- Strengthen enterprise identity management.
- Coordinate incident response governance.
- Conduct executive cyber risk assessments.
- Establish security awareness programmes.
- Collaborate with financial regulators and technology partners.
- Lead security innovation projects.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- Financial services or fintech background preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise security operations.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: QAR 54,000 – QAR 76,000 Monthly
