Strategic Executive Overview
The Principal Enterprise Sales Executive will supervise strategic sales initiatives involving treasury modernization systems, backend financial automation infrastructure, enterprise analytics ecosystems, and operational finance transformation platforms.
This role combines enterprise fintech sales leadership, treasury technology consulting, backend systems commercialization, and multinational relationship management.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales initiatives across treasury automation and financial operations ecosystems
- Develop strategic partnerships with institutional finance organizations and multinational enterprises
- Present AI-powered financial automation solutions to CFOs and executive finance stakeholders
- Build commercial strategies supporting enterprise digital finance transformation
- Coordinate consultative solution engagements aligned with operational modernization objectives
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to support enterprise integration discussions
- Conduct market analysis focused on treasury modernization and enterprise finance innovation trends
- Support contract negotiations and enterprise client acquisition initiatives
- Build long-term relationships across banking, treasury, and operational finance sectors
- Represent fintech automation platforms at executive financial technology forums
- Contribute to strategic revenue forecasting and regional market expansion initiatives
- Support enterprise onboarding and customer success modernization programs
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in enterprise fintech sales, treasury technology consulting, or financial software commercialization
- Strong expertise in backend financial systems and enterprise automation platforms
- Deep understanding of treasury operations and operational finance modernization ecosystems
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP integrations, or financial analytics platforms
- Exceptional executive communication and enterprise negotiation capabilities
