Job Overview
This role is engineered for a highly specialized fintech professional responsible for designing and securing institutional-grade crypto custody infrastructure. As digital assets increasingly move into regulated financial environments, the demand for highly resilient wallet systems, secure key management frameworks, and enterprise-grade custody architecture has intensified.
You will lead the development of secure custody ecosystems supporting multi-asset crypto portfolios, tokenized financial instruments, and blockchain-based treasury operations. The position combines deep expertise in cryptographic security, distributed systems engineering, and fintech infrastructure modernization.
This role requires an individual capable of balancing security, scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency within rapidly evolving digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise digital asset custody platforms supporting institutional clients and high-value transactions.
- Design secure wallet infrastructures including hot wallets, cold storage systems, and MPC (Multi-Party Computation) frameworks.
- Implement advanced cryptographic key management systems with strong redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Develop transaction authorization workflows with multi-signature governance controls.
- Integrate custody systems with trading platforms, payment gateways, and tokenization infrastructures.
- Lead penetration testing initiatives and security assessments for blockchain environments.
- Establish operational controls for wallet monitoring, transaction reconciliation, and digital asset recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to digital asset governance and financial security standards.
- Optimize infrastructure performance for high-volume crypto transaction environments.
Technical Environment
- MPC wallet frameworks and HSM technologies
- Blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Layer-2 ecosystems)
- Smart contract interaction systems
- Cryptographic signing and key rotation mechanisms
- Distributed infrastructure and secure API architectures
- Security monitoring and blockchain analytics platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years in cybersecurity, blockchain engineering, or fintech infrastructure
- Deep expertise in wallet architecture and digital asset custody systems
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols and secure systems engineering
- Experience designing high-availability financial platforms
- Familiarity with institutional digital asset operations and governance controls
- Strong understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycle management
