A highly sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a top-tier Principal Customer Success Director – Enterprise Fintech Solutions, Client Transformation & Strategic Partnerships to lead enterprise-level customer success strategy across a complex financial ecosystem.
This role is designed for a senior professional capable of managing large-scale client portfolios, driving digital transformation initiatives, and building strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.
You will operate at a strategic level—aligning client objectives with fintech capabilities, driving adoption of advanced financial solutions, and ensuring sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer success strategy and governance
- Manage high-value client portfolios and strategic partnerships
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across client organizations
- Develop long-term engagement and growth strategies
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align business objectives
- Monitor client performance and ensure value delivery

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer success or enterprise account management
- Strong expertise in fintech platforms and financial systems
- Proven track record in managing enterprise clients
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
