This role focuses on driving high-impact business growth through strategic partnerships, enterprise fintech advisory, ecosystem development, and regional market expansion within one of the Gulf’s most ambitious digital finance environments.

The selected professional will work directly with fintech architects, investment leaders, digital banking strategists, AI specialists, and executive stakeholders to position the organization as a dominant force within the evolving regional fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Fintech Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute large-scale business development strategies supporting regional fintech expansion
• Build enterprise relationships with institutional clients, digital banks, payment providers, investment ecosystems, and financial technology partners
• Identify high-growth opportunities across AI-powered finance, embedded banking, intelligent payment systems, and digital financial infrastructure
• Support long-term commercial positioning and ecosystem scalability initiatives

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Structure and negotiate fintech partnership agreements supporting enterprise growth objectives
• Develop collaborative growth models across fintech, telecom, retail, logistics, and digital commerce sectors
• Drive enterprise adoption of innovative financial technologies and intelligent banking solutions
• Build strategic alliances supporting market penetration and commercial sustainability

Market Intelligence & Commercial Advisory

• Analyze fintech market dynamics and competitive positioning across GCC financial ecosystems
• Deliver strategic growth recommendations to executive leadership
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital finance expansion strategies
• Support investment and expansion planning through commercial intelligence and financial ecosystem analysis

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Mentor junior business development professionals and commercial teams
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams on enterprise growth initiatives
• Support fintech innovation programs and strategic transformation projects
• Deliver executive reporting on revenue growth, partnership performance, and market expansion metrics

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience in fintech business development, enterprise sales, digital banking partnerships, or strategic commercial leadership
• Strong understanding of modern fintech infrastructure and digital financial ecosystems
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management capabilities
• Experience working within high-growth and innovation-focused financial technology environments
