Primary Responsibilities
- Design secure blockchain infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise distributed ledger implementation.
- Develop scalable smart contract ecosystems.
- Architect institutional digital asset platforms.
- Improve transaction integrity and resilience.
- Create blockchain governance frameworks.
- Integrate financial APIs.
- Optimize platform scalability.
- Evaluate emerging decentralized technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams.
- Guide enterprise technical standards.
- Mentor blockchain engineering specialists.
- Support regulatory technology initiatives.
- Produce technical architecture documentation.
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years within enterprise software architecture.
- Significant blockchain platform implementation experience.
- Strong financial technology background.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.
