Executive Overview

An ambitious financial technology transformation initiative is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Digital Finance Architect to design, govern, and continuously evolve one of the Gulf region’s most sophisticated digital financial ecosystems.

This role extends far beyond traditional enterprise architecture. The selected Architect will define the long-term technology vision for enterprise-scale banking modernization, digital payments, AI-powered financial services, intelligent automation, cloud-native banking platforms, API ecosystems, real-time financial processing, data intelligence, and next-generation customer experiences.

The successful professional will establish architectural standards that influence every layer of the fintech ecosystem—from customer onboarding and payment orchestration to fraud intelligence, financial analytics, regulatory reporting, cybersecurity resilience, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and emerging financial technologies.

This position requires a visionary technology leader capable of translating executive strategy into scalable architectural blueprints while ensuring resilience, performance, security, regulatory readiness, and continuous innovation across enterprise-wide digital finance operations.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Financial Technology, or related discipline.

• 10+ years designing enterprise-scale technology platforms.

• Extensive fintech architecture experience.

• Deep understanding of enterprise banking systems.

• Expert knowledge of cloud computing.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms.

• Experience with enterprise integration architecture.

• Expertise in API management.

• Strong cybersecurity architecture background.

• Experience leading enterprise transformation programmes.
