A highly sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a top-tier Principal Behavioral Design Director – Financial Behavior Architecture, Digital Experience Strategy & Ethical Innovation to lead enterprise-level behavioral design strategy across a complex financial ecosystem.
This role is designed for a senior professional capable of shaping how millions of users interact with financial services, ensuring that behavioral design becomes a strategic pillar of product development and customer experience.
You will operate at a strategic level—defining behavioral frameworks, guiding teams, and ensuring that all interventions are both effective and ethically sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise behavioral design strategy and frameworks
- Lead development of behavior-driven financial products
- Oversee design of interventions that influence user decisions
- Ensure ethical use of behavioral science in product design
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy
- Mentor teams and build behavioral design capabilities
- Integrate behavioral insights into analytics and product development
- Evaluate emerging research and methodologies
- Optimize user engagement and financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Qatar digital and financial standards
- Align behavioral strategies with business objectives
- Provide strategic insights on customer behavior and product innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in behavioral design or strategy
- Strong expertise in behavioral science and product design
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with global fintech platforms
- Knowledge of digital experience strategy
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to financial services and customer engagement
