About the Role

Working alongside engineers, data scientists, product leaders, and executive stakeholders, you will build intelligent analytics capabilities that shape the future of digital payment ecosystems across regional and international markets.

- Design AI-powered transaction analytics platforms.
- Develop predictive payment intelligence models.
- Improve payment performance monitoring.

- Build intelligent decision-support systems.
- Introduce machine learning into payment operations.

- Partner with engineering and product teams.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership.
- Mentor analytics professionals.
- Promote data-driven decision making.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech analytics, AI, payments, or enterprise data science.
- Strong leadership experience within analytics environments.
