A high-growth international fintech organization is seeking a highly skilled Principal AI Fraud Detection Engineer to develop intelligent systems capable of detecting, preventing, and responding to financial fraud in real time across digital banking, payment platforms, and financial services.
This technical leadership position offers the opportunity to design enterprise-scale AI models, enhance transaction monitoring capabilities, and strengthen financial security through advanced analytics and machine learning.
Primary Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence
- Develop AI-powered fraud detection models.

Engineering
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Optimize fraud analytics platforms.

- Lead research and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Strengthen automation capabilities.
- Promote continuous engineering excellence.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Define engineering standards.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Support enterprise security innovation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in AI, fraud analytics, or financial technology engineering.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and enterprise software development.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
