LEAD THE ECOSYSTEM. NOT JUST THE PRODUCT.
We are looking for an accomplished Director to build and lead strategic initiatives across payments, embedded finance and interconnected fintech ecosystems.
The modern financial product is no longer confined to a banking application.
Payments increasingly appear inside marketplaces. Financial services are embedded into commercial platforms. Businesses demand APIs instead of traditional infrastructure. Customers expect financial capabilities to operate invisibly within the experiences they already use.
Your mandate will be to understand this transformation—and turn ecosystem complexity into strategic advantage.
EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Define strategic direction for payments and embedded-finance initiatives.

Identify high-value ecosystem opportunities across fintech and digital commerce.

Develop partnership strategies with technology and financial-service participants.

Evaluate payment infrastructure and orchestration opportunities.

Develop commercial models for embedded financial services.

Lead strategic product and ecosystem expansion programmes.

Establish frameworks for partner selection and commercial evaluation.

Analyze market dynamics and emerging fintech business models.

Develop regional expansion strategies across GCC markets.

Establish performance frameworks covering transaction growth, revenue and ecosystem engagement.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, technology, finance and commercial functions.

Present investment proposals and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Monitor emerging payment technologies and assess their strategic implications.

Develop long-term ecosystem strategies capable of supporting multiple financial products.
THE LEADERSHIP PROFILE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, digital commerce or strategic leadership.

Proven leadership across complex financial ecosystems.

Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure.

Experience with partnerships, commercial strategy or platform economics.

Strong understanding of APIs, embedded finance and digital platforms.

Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder-management capability.

Strong financial and commercial judgement.

Ability to operate across technology and business environments.

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale strategic initiatives.
