An innovative fintech institution is seeking a highly strategic Cartographer to identify emerging embedded finance opportunities, design merchant ecosystem strategies, and unlock new revenue streams through intelligent market expansion and product innovation.
This role combines commercial strategy, ecosystem analysis, customer intelligence, and fintech product innovation to help the organization build scalable financial experiences that integrate seamlessly into the digital economy.
Your Mission

Analyze digital commerce ecosystems and identify embedded finance opportunities.

Design merchant acquisition and ecosystem expansion strategies.

Develop financial products tailored to platform-based business models.

Conduct competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments.

Collaborate with product, engineering, partnerships, and analytics teams.

Build executive business cases for new ecosystem investments.

Monitor customer adoption, transaction behaviour, and commercial performance.

Create strategic growth dashboards and executive intelligence reports.

Support regional expansion initiatives across GCC digital commerce markets.

Drive innovation through evidence-based commercial decision-making.
Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, consulting, platform strategy, or commercial growth roles.

Strong analytical, strategic, and customer-centric thinking abilities.

Experience working with cross-functional product and technology teams.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
