A leading fintech organization is seeking a proactive P2P Operations & Network Specialist to oversee the operational excellence of its peer-to-peer payment ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring seamless transaction processing, operational resilience, service quality, and continuous improvement across digital payment networks.
You will work at the heart of a high-performance operations team, collaborating with technology, fraud prevention, customer success, compliance, and financial operations professionals to maintain a secure and efficient payment environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor daily P2P payment operations and network performance.
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions and transaction failures.
- Coordinate with technical teams during system maintenance and upgrades.
- Support reconciliation, settlement, and payment reporting activities.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service-level performance.
- Assist in fraud prevention and transaction monitoring initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Produce operational reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business continuity and operational resilience planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in payment operations, fintech, or banking services.
- Strong understanding of digital payment processes and transaction lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
