Executive Summary
A multinational financial technology organisation is expanding its strategic leadership team and seeks a highly accomplished Managing Director – FinTech Strategy & Corporate Development to shape long-term growth across regional and international markets.
This role will oversee strategic planning, corporate development, market intelligence, investment evaluation, business expansion, and transformation initiatives while partnering with executive leadership to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Your Strategic Mandate
Corporate Strategy
- Define enterprise growth strategies.
- Evaluate new market opportunities.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives.
- Drive organisational transformation programmes.

- Assess strategic partnerships.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Executive Leadership
- Present recommendations to executive boards.
- Lead multidisciplinary strategy teams.
- Improve organisational performance.
- Drive innovation-led business expansion.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Technology.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership in fintech, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business transformation, and corporate development.
