The Opportunity

An award-winning financial technology organization is recruiting an accomplished Global Director – FinTech Infrastructure Resilience & Digital Operations to oversee mission-critical infrastructure supporting high-volume payment platforms, digital banking systems, and enterprise financial applications.

This leadership role combines technology operations, cloud resilience, platform engineering, service reliability, and enterprise transformation to ensure continuous delivery of secure and scalable financial services across international markets.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Cloud Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 13 years of infrastructure leadership experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
