Position Overview

A leading financial institution in Qatar is seeking an innovative Manager to lead digital retail banking operations and customer experience transformation.

This role focuses on creating seamless, data-driven banking experiences that increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability across mobile, online, and branch channels.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead digital retail banking initiatives across mobile banking, internet banking, and self-service channels.

  • Design customer-centric banking journeys that improve satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Use analytics and customer insights to optimize product adoption and engagement.

  • Coordinate with technology teams to implement new digital banking features.

  • Drive growth in deposits, cards, personal lending, and digital transactions.

  • Monitor service quality, customer feedback, and operational performance metrics.

  • Develop campaigns that enhance digital banking adoption across diverse customer segments.

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy requirements.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • 8–12 years of experience in retail banking or digital banking.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience management and digital product strategy.

  • Experience with banking analytics, CRM platforms, and digital engagement tools.

  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of GCC retail banking trends and consumer behavior.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
