A rapidly growing fintech organization is recruiting a dynamic Manager – Digital Fraud & Cyber Defense to lead proactive cyber defense initiatives protecting digital payments, cryptocurrency services, online banking, customer identities, and transaction ecosystems.

This role combines cyber threat intelligence, fraud prevention, operational leadership, and financial crime mitigation to ensure customers enjoy secure, uninterrupted financial services.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead cyber defense operations protecting fintech infrastructure.
• Build fraud detection strategies using behavioral analytics and AI-driven monitoring.
• Oversee Security Operations Center activities and incident response coordination.
• Monitor financial transactions for cyber-enabled fraud patterns.
• Develop phishing prevention, malware defense, and account takeover protection initiatives.
• Coordinate digital forensic investigations and security incident reporting.
• Improve cyber resilience through automation and threat hunting.
• Collaborate with AML, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Conduct security awareness initiatives for employees and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive cyber risk dashboards and operational metrics.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience within financial services or fintech.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, fraud analytics, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and incident management.
• Knowledge of payment security standards and financial cyber risk frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, crisis management, and leadership capabilities.
