A rapidly growing fintech organization is recruiting an experienced Manager – Cryptocurrency Trading Operations to oversee mission-critical cryptocurrency operations supporting institutional trading, digital asset settlement, liquidity management, blockchain transaction processing, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining highly efficient, secure, and scalable cryptocurrency operations while supporting business expansion across international digital asset markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily cryptocurrency trading operations and post-trade activities.
- Monitor blockchain transaction processing and settlement workflows.
- Coordinate liquidity management across multiple digital assets.
- Oversee institutional wallet operations and digital asset transfers.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and intelligent workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and finance teams.
- Develop operational controls supporting resilient cryptocurrency services.
- Analyze trading activity and operational performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital asset operations.
- Produce executive reports and strategic operational insights.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, or related field.
- Strong experience within cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, blockchain platforms, or digital asset operations.
- Knowledge of blockchain networks, institutional trading environments, wallet technologies, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and operational management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
