Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Manager — Fintech Product Lifecycle, Innovation & Digital Finance Portfolio to manage the evolution of a diverse portfolio of technology-enabled financial products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking products through the complete lifecycle—from market discovery and product definition through development, launch, optimization, expansion and eventual retirement or transformation.
This role requires a rare combination of commercial awareness, technology literacy, customer understanding and disciplined product management.
Product Leadership Responsibilities

Define product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer requirements.

Maintain a structured roadmap for multiple fintech products.

Conduct market and competitor analysis before major product decisions.

Translate customer problems into clearly defined product requirements.

Prioritize product features using commercial and customer-impact criteria.

Coordinate product development with engineering and technology teams.

Establish launch strategies and commercialization plans.

Monitor product adoption and customer engagement.

Analyze product profitability and operational performance.
-
Conduct post-launch reviews and identify optimization opportunities.

Manage product lifecycle governance.
-
Identify opportunities to introduce automation and AI into financial products.

Coordinate UX, technology, analytics, marketing and operations stakeholders.

Establish product KPIs and performance dashboards.
-
Manage product risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
-
Develop business cases for new financial-technology propositions.

Identify underperforming products and develop turnaround strategies.

Candidate Requirements

8+ years of experience in product management, fintech, digital banking, payments or technology consulting.

Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

Excellent understanding of customer-centric product design.

Ability to work effectively with engineers and technical architects.

Strong stakeholder and executive-management skills.

Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through commercial execution.
Success Profile
Performance will be evaluated through product adoption, revenue contribution, customer retention, feature utilization, launch execution, operational efficiency and measurable improvement across the overall fintech portfolio.
The successful Manager will effectively serve as the commercial and strategic owner of the product lifecycle, ensuring that innovation translates into products customers actually use and businesses can sustainably scale.
