Product Challenge
Build a modern digital lending experience from application through decisioning, disbursement and repayment.
The Product role owns the evolution of technology-enabled lending journeys and works closely with credit, data, engineering, operations and commercial teams to create products that are convenient for customers while remaining commercially disciplined.
Responsibilities

Define the product vision and roadmap for digital lending platforms.

Design seamless application and onboarding journeys.

Translate lending requirements into detailed product specifications.

Work with data teams to improve digital credit-decision workflows.

Analyse application conversion, approval rates, repayment behaviour and portfolio performance.

Coordinate development of automated decisioning and customer-notification capabilities.

Establish product experiments to improve conversion and customer engagement.

Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations and lending infrastructure.

Develop product KPIs and performance dashboards.
-
Conduct customer and competitor research to identify new lending opportunities.

Prioritise product enhancements according to customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
Experience & Qualifications

6+ years of product-management experience in lending, fintech, banking or financial technology.

Strong understanding of digital lending journeys and credit-product economics.

Experience working with data-driven products and technology teams.

Strong analytical and commercial judgement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics or a related discipline.
